TrimFitWell products are downloaded from our web store, not boxed or mailed.
Look for this button when you've purchased a TFW product:
When you click it, a dialog box opens and asks "Open or Save to Disk?" Save to disk. Save to a location you can find again a moment later.
Unzip it and run Setup. That's all.
Q: "What are the system requirements?"
Each TrimFitWell product is a Windows application that uses the Microsoft .NET application framework (pronounced "dot net").
To use .NET, you'll need Windows XP or Windows 2000, Windows NT or Windows ME.
If you use Windows XP, you probably have these already.
TFW System Check checks your system for these prerequisites. TFW System Check is built into all TFW products (under "Help").
If necessary, TFW System Check can open your Internet browser and take you directly to the official Microsoft download site with the needed Microsoft search keyword(s).
