These two examples look for new members who have not yet made us a habit, or members just beginning to drift away. For example, members who have worked out in the last month but not in the last two weeks. You select the dates.

A call list includes member phone numbers, email, and workout statistics. Save it to a spreadsheet or print it. Write your call results there. Save the results for comparison over time: which members returned after you called? Which of your staffers got the best results with these calls?

Or, sort your call list by postal code and save it for postcard labels or form letters in Microsoft MailMerge.

TFW compiles your entire GoFigure® workout history into some interesting new statistics. Look just at new members, for example, or members nearing renewal. Look at a member's average per month.
